Oxford: Printed for the Company at the University Press, 1913. Hardcover. Very Good +. xiii, [3], 241, [3] p.; 30 cm. Vellum spine with blue cloth over boards. Black leather spine label with gilt-tooled title. Top page edges gilt. This is no. 152 of a limited edition of 250 copies, signed by Horace Hart, Controller of thew Oxford University Press. Title page in red and black. Includes Appendix: Apprentices Presented at Carpenters' Hall 1683-1685/6, with apprentices listed by year, and indices by name and place. Small bookplate of Athenaeum on front fixed endpaper indicating that the volume was a gift of John Freeman, Esq., is stamped to indicate that it was no longer the property of the Athenaeum. In Very Good+ Condition: lower spine scraped; corners rubbed; front fixed endpaper scraped where a former bookplate was removed before the Athenaeum bookplate was added; clean and bright.
