Copy #43/300 "Special Edition for advance orders" copies with special numbered limitation leaf bound in [the author had died more than a decade prior to publication, so the book could not be signed]. Black cloth with gold gilt spine lettering/decoration [Currey "A" binding], 270 pages. Very good copy whose cloth was cleaned at some point leaving lint-like speck adhesions behind, foxing to limitation page, light dust soiling to page edges in NearFine jacket. See photos clph
