Organized into two parts, Egypt and Babylonia, then further into 10 sections. Some topics for Egypt include: The Sun God and the Ennead, Animal Worship, The Sacred Books, and Osiris and the Osirian Faith, as well as others. Some topics for Babylonia include: Primitive Animism, The Sun-God and Istar, Cosmologies, Myths and Epics, Astro-Theology and the Moral Element in Babylonian Religion, as well as others. General wear to boards (see image) and some minor spotting to page edges, but not to interior pages. Sporadic dog-earing to corners of pages and notes in pencil to margins. Copious notes to back advertisement pages. vii, 509 pp.
