Section headings include: Legislation, Including Regulations; Crew On Duty At Time Of Fire; Origin Of The Fire On The Noronic; Rousing Of Passengers By The Crew; Questions Propounded; Recommendations. Interior - light browning to pages and moderate browning on inside of covers, soft bump at top of gutters, soft creases at bottom corner of text block, tiny tears and crease at top corner of first page, hinges are rusty. Exterior - moderate browning at edges and on spine, soft bump at top of spine, soft creases at bottom corner of covers, light soiling - mainly on rear cover, several small tears and creases at top edge of front cover.. Stapled in Wraps. Good.
