About This Item
Harrisburg: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 1905. Maroon leather spine with bright gilt lettering, marbled boards with maroon leather corners, all edges gilt, deluxe binding, marbled endpapers, 140 pages, illustrated including eight fine color lithographs of fish, there is a minor issue at the title page and frontis where the glue has caused some tearing of the paper where the pages join but this is not a major defect, edges of marbled boards show minimal rubbing, leather is in fine condition, really a beautiful copy, I bought it about 20 years ago and put it away in a drawer because it is such a nice clean copy of the deluxe binding, clean tight and square, squeaks when you open it, the boards have never been opened flat.. First Edition. Half-Leather. Very Good-Plus/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

About DJ Ernst-Books
A small clean well-lighted store established in 1975 in Selinsgrove Pennsylvania, DJ Ernst-Books offers a diverse interesting stock of out-of-print, used, and antiquarian books. There is limited space and therefore quality is stressed over quantity. I treat each customer as an important person. My book shop is open 6 days a week, and is located in the scenic Susquehanna River Valley. Susquehanna University, with their expanding writing program, is located in Selinsgrove. Thus, several of my customers are writers or aspiring writers.
