Washington, D. C.: Government Printing Office. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1889. Full Leather. Very Good full leather edition, lots of folding maps and charts at the rear of the book. There is some insect damage to the front endpapers and the corner tip of the last few pages. Maps and charts are not affected. Leather has some scuffs and wear Hinges are starting to crack but are holding tight. Bound in calf leather for presentation to members of Congress. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 514+ pages .
