New York: Harper & Brothers, 1871. Hardcover. Near Fine. Three volumes. Octavos. Vol. 1 illustrated with an engraved frontispiece plate. Bound in half morocco and marbled paper over boards, gilt spines with raised bands, marbled endpapers. Small contemporary owner's name in pencil on front fly leaf of vol. 1. The spine backs are lightly sunned with the gilt still bright, some rubbing to the edges of the boards, a handsome, near fine set.
