New York: E. P. Dutton, 1979. Early printing. Hardcover. 136pp. Octavo [21.5 cm] Brown cloth covered boards with a black ink stamped title on the spine. Very good. The edges of the covers are lightly rubbed and bumped. The dust jacket is in very good condition. Lightly rubbed. There are a couple of short closed tears in the paper at the head of the spine. Price-clipped. From the summary- "Traveling illegally at night on the Colorado River with a mysterious cargo, two boys are shipwrecked and must depend for survival on their ingenuity and a wild boy they find living along the river.
