This copy signed by both authors on the title page. 8vo. vi, 338pp. Orange boards lettered in gold at the spine. Illustrated with photographs and reproductions, including a number in colour. Some bruising to the backstrip ends, else a fine copy in dust wrapper, with a little corresponding creasing to the spine panel ends.
