Dark blue-green ribbed cloth boards with white decoration, gold and white lettering on cover, gold lettering with small white decoration on spine. Tiny bump to one corner tip. Slight wear to cloth at spine ends (no fraying). Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Clean endpapers, with attractive old bookplate tipped in on front fixed endpaper. pages are clean and bright (occasional small spot in a few page margins), with gilt top page edges. Frontispiece photograph of St. Edward's Shrine with clean tissue guard. Illustrated throughout with black & white photographs. Fold-out maps, plans in perfect condition at rear of book. 418 pages with index..
