[vi], 376, 72, 83-200 pp., lacking half-title and final blank. Collection of anti-Parliamentary songs and poems (the title a reference to the Rump Parliaments of the English Civil War), first published in the slim volume Ratts Rhimed to Death (1660), then under the present title that same year and again here, much expanded with the addition of some 200 poems, including 20 by John Cleveland.
