Signed by All Authors Sound and square binding in paper-covered boards. A little fading to the top edges. Bottom fore-corners slightly bumped. Text block edges have light toning. Inside pages are clean and unmarked, with exception of authors' signatures and inscription. Dust jacket has some edge wear; including tears and creasing. The spine is darkened. Light soil to both panels. An architectural an social history record of 130 buldings constructed before 1867 in the former York region of Ontario, including some in Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, King, Vaughan, Markham, Whitchurch, East and North Gwillimbury, Georgina Township, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, and Holland Landing. Illustrated with black and white photographs. This copy has an author's inscription to former owners on the title page and the signatures of all three authors. .
