This lovely book was published by the distinguished firm of Paul Elder and Company. Most pages remain uncut! Boards are soiled and rubbed. Hinge is slightly loose in rear of book but very much intact. Black and white photographs of early 20th century San Francisco adorn every page. This is a rare time capsule of San Francisco as it rebuilds from the 1906 Earthquake and Fire and before the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition. Includes a detailed street map of the city and a comprehensive Index.
