Constable and Co, 1909. Hardcover. Good. 1909. No Edition Stated. 492 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth with gilt titles and decoration to front and spine. Upper text block edge gilt. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Foxing more intense towards the start and end of the book. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Many dog-eared corners. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Spine is noticeably sunned. Strips of sunning front and rear. Gilt is bright. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall.
