The volume considers the geology of Switzerland, the origin of the mountains the valleys, lakes and rivers. Richly illustrated throughout the volume and with a frontispiece. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, smart with some light bumping to the spine and some light marks to the boards and spine. There is a previous owner inscription to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Very Good Indeed
