New York: The Knickerbocker Press. Good with no dust jacket. 1903. First Edition. Green cloth covered boards with moderate soil and rubbing. Fraying to spine ends and corners, with board showing. Gilt title to spine. Gift inscription to ffep; it is dated 1881 for some reason despite the book having been published in 1903. Binding shaken, text with minor pencilling. Hinges starting. Pencilled genealogical notes to rfep and rear pastedown. A scarce book in any condition. ; 8vo, hardcover, 41 pages. .
