Hartford, CT: Limited Editions Club, 1961. First edition thus. Large octavo. ix, (1), 354, (2)pp. Pictorial raw linen, front cover stamped in brown, spine lettered in black script. Housed in publisher's magenta cloth slipcase, paper label on spine. Illustrated with 16 unnumbered color plates and numerous text line drawings in brown ink. Edition limited to 1500 numbered copies (this is #1363), printed by The Connecticut Printers, and signed on the limitation leaf by Fletcher Martin. A near fine copy.
