US: Prentice-Hall, Inc, 1968. Hardback. Very Good -/Very Good. Brick red cloth over boards with gilt particulars to spine. Foxing to gutter at second half-title page; otherwise, pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is heavily foxed particularly to top edge. Boards are clean with rubbing to edges, corners and ends of spine. Binding is tight, rear board is slightly bowed. Dust jacket has creasing and rubbing to edges, corners and ends of spine; price cut at front flap. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
