New York: Wiley and Putnam 1845. (Hardcover) 155pp. Good, no dust jacket. Marbled boards over leather spine and corners. Marbled endpapers, marbled edges. A previous owner's name on first blank page scribbled over, a small scribble on p.3, some spotting to pages, a small peeling scar the the front endpaper, the hinges are cracked and a one-inch chip missing from the top and bottom of the spine. Publisher series: Evenings with the Old Story Tellers. (Folklore, Gesta Romanorum).
