London: Newnes, 1944. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Publisher's red boards with black lettering to the spine. Map end-papers. A small, neat former owner's name to the front free end-paper and a slightly dusty top edge overall a bright and clean VG+ copy in a VG dustwrapper which is slightly edge-worn with shallow chipping at the head and tail of the spine (not affecting any lettering). The second Lone Pine mystery and quite uncommon. Quite a nice copy. Photographs/scans available upon request.
