Spine ends turned in with a tiny tear at head of spine, spine faded, top edge a bit dusty, a corner bumped, 2 cm tear to page ix. Stated first, but book club deboss is present & BOMC review laid in. This biography (according to the foreword) focuses on Shakespeare the man & actor, in the context of his times, rather than upon his plays. It is based entirely upon contemporary sources, the latest being a document dated 1635 recording testimony of Cuthbert Burbage, the "last survivor of the original group of London theatre men who had worked with Shakespeare." You can place credit card orders through Biblio, or we will ship upon receipt of payment by check or money order. Sales tax is collected by Biblio and remitted directly to your state, where applicable. SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES: Books are priced postpaid, so there are no additional shipping charges for standard shipping. We will ship via Priority Mail for $12.00 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!). This may be reduced if actual postage is less than for a medium flat-rate box.
