He holds bachelor and master of science degrees in electrical engineering.Wilhelm Miller, Dipl T, B.Sc., taught numerous courses in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology Department at Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he also served as chair of the department.
