Chicago: Ziff-Davis Company, 1948. This is the last book written by Richard Burke (1886-1962), featuring his series character Quinny Hite [who appeared in five of the ten novels Burke wrote]. This is a Very Good copy of the First Edition. No publication date, but 1948. [Hubin, 58.] Turquoise blue cloth binding with titling in red on the spine. Clean text; 199 pages. Light wear to the margins, top edge darkened. The dustjacket is unclipped, with light chipping around the edges; the front flap has a chip. In an archival plastic protector.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
