Internally neat, clean, tight and bright. Slightly dusty top edge. In its original dust jacket (very slightly bumped at edges). This famous work on Henry VIII, which brings a European perspective to a very English monarch, puts his wives - their power, influence and downfalls - at centre stage of the Tudor court.
