Side-stitched brown paper covers, white label with black/red titles to upper. Tan paper label to spine with black/red titles. Text block near fine. Brown paper slipcase with .25 x 3 cm water stain to tail of rear. 45-RPM recording of the poet reading his poems in pocket attached to lower cover.
