A brief sketch of the life of William Pryor Letchworth, businessman, philanthropist and founder of Letchworth State Park, New York. Information on his interest in preserving the natural beauties of New York for the future, his concern for the poor and disabled, and his desire to preserve the history of the Seneca of the region. Interior - some rusting to staples, otherwise clean and tight with no previous ownership marks. Exterior - slight rusting on staples, some areas of light browning at edges of covers and on spine, three very small light stains on front cover.. Stapled in Wraps. Very Good-.
