A large mounted sepia tone albumen photo of a sugar plantation with slaves holding stacks of cane and wagons with oxen all assembled in a row to be photographed. Wet stamp on verso "J.M. Del Diestro Fotografo" with a mortar and pestle decorative element. Image size: 6 ½" x 9", mount Size: 11" x 14".
