London: Hutchinson & Co. (Publishers) Ltd., 1111. Hardcover. Very Good/Poor. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Undated edition, preface is dated 1933, small inscription inside is dated 1936. Jacket is in poor condition including a little loss at the top and base of the spine and a three and a half inch tear at the base of the front hinge and across the spine.
