1864. Delivered in the Senate of the United States, April 5, 1864. 24 pp. String-tied document with chipping along edges, corners are bent. Tears along spine to front and back pages. Page edges are browning from age and foxing throughout, but text is still legible. Some small silverfish holes on back page corner. Several pages in the document are uncut. Light pencil writing to top of front page. Document in Fair to Good- condition.. Paper Cover. Fair to Good-. Size: Approx. 6 " x 9 1/2". Slavery.
