London, Adam and Charles Black, 1909 (19th). Hardback, approx 8 x 5.5 inches. Dark blue cloth with gilt lettering and colour pictorial designs to front and spine. In very good condition. Corners slightly bumped with some minor rubbing to edges and ends of spine. Some rubbing to printed design on front and spine. Minor mark to rear. Bookplate to front endpaper “Liverool College, W. Wrane, 1913.” Some light foxing to endpapers, else inside p[ages and plates all very clean and tight throughout. 435pp. With 8 Illustrations in Colour and many B&W illustrations in text.
