Washington, DC: Gov. Printing Office, 1905. 4to, pp. 89. Frontis picture of statue. Covers worn, o/w VG. Frances Willard was an educator and crusader for temperance, women's rights, suffrage and political reform. Illinois gave a statue of her to be placed in the Statuary Hall of the Capitol Building at Washington, D.C. This is a book of the proceedings at the dedication, with a photograph of the statue.
