London: Rapp And Whiting, 1969. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. First edition first printing. A clean and tight copy with a hint of lean. The boards are clean and sharp. The spine has bumping to ends, with bright gilt titling. The text block edges have very light toning. The FEP has feint tape marks. The pages are crisp and clean, no creasing, spots, or tears. Feels very firmly bound and gently read. Book in very good condition. The jacket has historic tape residue to the top and bottom edges, that goes over on to the flaps, there are no tears so assume it was used to preserve the edges. The front panel and spine have bold colours. The rear white panel shows some light marking and the tape residue is more obvious. Jacket grades very good. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. This book is fitted with a non adhesive archival quality book protector to make a worthy addition to your collection.
