Each volume with a separate title page and pagination. Small partially erased name in the top margin of the first title page. Binding is worn at the edges, front board nearly detached, else a good or better sound copy. The first American edition of this influential work by More, a leading bluestocking writer in the circle of Samuel Johnson, Reynolds and Garrick.
