Gives the issuing organization only as "WHITE," but the PO Box listed was used by the Citizens' Council. "FIRST.... - It was Little Rock, Ark. the beginning of American invasion by United States Troops. SECOND-Came the horrible Albany, Ga., golfing center for white traitors. THIRD-... Was Oxford, Mississippi, the shame of this century. FOURTH--Birmingham, Alabama, a disgrace to the world. There will be more of this year after year. DO NOT allow it to happen in DALLAS, TEXAS.
