About This Item
New York and London: Harper & Brothers Publishers. Hardcover. Good/No Dust Jacket. 5 1/4" x 7 3/4. GOOD / NO DUST JACKET. xii, 444 pp. No date; circa 1888. Pages are lightly toned, but clean and unmarked except for a previous owner's name stamped on the front endpaper and title page. Front hinge is cracked at the title page, but no pages are loose and binding is solid. Boards covered in maroon cloth; some shelfwear along edges, top and tail of spine are bumped. Upper right corner has been bumped, has slight crimp which has is echoed in the first section of pages. Overall a good, solid, readable copy.
