Green cloth boards and spine with black lettering on the spine and black lettering an African picture in black border on the front board. 188 pp 12mo. The author was one of the first missionaries to come to Bura in North East Nigeria to spread the religion of the Church of the Brethren and to bring civilization to these primitive people. His book is basically cultural anthropology as he gives his first-hand ideas, thoughts, and feelings about the customs and traditions of a people never seen by a white population before. A clean very presentable copy.
