Crisp, clean pages except for a light bend through the lower free corners of the first several leaves; binding is square and secure, soft cover chipped with a few short, open tears at the spine heel and bearing some creases and edgewear around the outside edges, a fold across the bottom right front corner, a short smudge at the left front, and some specking beneath a brief, penned note at the top front, otherwise sound..
