Boston: L.C. Page and Company, 1910. First Edition, First Printing (so stated). Hardcover. Near Fine. x, 337 pages frontispiece, plates. 20 cm. Hardcover. Publisher's original cloth over boards, gilt lettering to spine; top edge gilt; upper cover and spine displaying a charming onlay fashioned in to the cloth itself. Book Condition: gilt lettering and decorations dulled, but still striking, spine ends showing just a touch of wear; PO name discretely to ffep, interior text-block is pristine as are the b&w plates (32 duotones). Binding is rock solid. A sharp copy.
