Revised and authorized edition. Hugh Stowell Scott was an English novelist (under the pseudonym of Henry Seton Merriman), whose works were in some renown during his life time. Tile page shows old repair to tear. Cloth covers faded and moderately age soiled, with red lettering still legible. Spot to fore-edge of bulked sheets. A tight, sound, internally clean copy. Fair to good. .
