London: George Virtue, 1836. First Edition. Full Leather. Very Good +/No Jacket. W.H. Bartlett. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Rebound into full burgundy leather with gilt decoration to the spine and along the inner edges of the boards. Marbled page edges; bound in ribbon marker. Illustrated throughout with black and white engraved plates. Marbled page edges faded; lower outside corners bumped, otherwise fine. Spine reads Volume 1, but this copy contains both volumes bound up as one.
