There are a few neatly ruled dark red underlines in text, as well as a few very early marginalia. Otherwise, both works remain clean and intact.

Text, however, appears complete and sequenced appropriately. There are 25 full page steel engraved illustrations, in addition to the highly decorated, illustrated title page.. Bookworm trails affecting lower gutter and margins of about twelve leaves near rear of book. Some text is minimally affected. Later inked "Hoyer" on spine. Volume remains tight, and is otherwise clean. Illustrations are good.
