London: Martin Secker, 1934. First Edition. First Printing. Octavo. 22cm. Publisher's brown cloth, titled in gilt to spine and front board. Dustjacket. 1440pp. Light wear to extremities, with some slight fraying at the head of the spine, strong and handsome in a toned beige dustjacket that, as often happens with books of this period, has dried out somewhat rendering it a little fragile around the spine with a crack to the rear hinge. Additionally there is some shallow marginal chipping and wear, and darkening to the spine panel. A good looking and durable copy with some wear. Internally clean. Containing the complete catalogue of Lawrence's short fiction between 1914 and 1931 including "St. Mawr" and "The Virgin and The Gypsy.
