London, Titan Books. 1987. Slipcased, limited edition hardcover (155 of 250) with 5 sheets laid in with the signatures of all contributors. The book and slipcase are bound in grey cloth, without a dust jacket. The book is in near fine condition, with some light marks to the text block edge.
