Publishers red cloth, black text to cover and spine, minor shelf wear, bit of soiling to boards, old owners signature to first blank, with tiny chip at corner, no affect, a nice copy. Illustrated dust jacket, with minor shelf wear, rubbing to edges and corners, very minor chipping to spine ends, first inside flap corners clipped, overall still very good plus. In protective mylar. Chance to own a classic at a very affordable price. First edition was published in 1929 by Metropolitan Books, G&D purchased excess copies from Metropolitan and published the tile in 1931. The G&D book has red covers, the Metropolitan was issued with orange covers, jackets are the same.
