Tarzana, California: Edgar Rice Burroughs, inc, 1936. First Edition. 8vo., 318pp. hardcover with dust jacket in VG/VG condition. Previous owners name and address in pen on front free endpaper. Top edge of boards soiled, spine soiled. Boards bumped with some shelfwear to extremities. Spine slightly cocked. Text age toned and with some foxing. Dust jacket with one small closed tear on spine; with tiny chips at flap fold edges; rear flap with pencil crossing out and checking titles from the list of Burroughs' novels. DJ sun toned, especially near the fore-edge; Dust jacket wrapped in protective mylar. Blue cloth covered boards; Rough cut pages; top edge red. Stated first edition. 5 b/w illustrations by J.
