Green cloth, light green & gold ink titles on front board & spine, xiii, 256 pp, 12 ff color plates, 94 b & w illustrations in text, footnotes, bibliography, index. Gold ink in titles on spine is corroded to near black in most places, else fine; publishers' sticker identifying this as an ARC on front paste-down gives date of publication as Jan. 1, 1969, so was actually printed in 1968. The author was Professor of Art Education at the University of Pittsburgh. Shipping weight 3 lbs.. 3rd Ed, 1st Ptg. . Near Fine/VG+. 26 X 18½ cm.
