1904 Edition: Dodd, Mead And Co. Very Good+. 1904. First Edition Thus. Hardcover. Hardcover, no dustjacket as issued. An ex-library copy with usual markings, including a wood-block book plate from the Scripps College Ella Strong Denison library. A single volume, with drawings by Thackery added and a 174 pp. Bibliography from the original two-volume set omitted. Olive cloth boards with gilt tooled spine and front, and gilt page-edge top. Book's is still secure, b&w photos and illustrations. There are a few marks in pencil. 222 pp. Including index. B&W photos and illustrations. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
