About This Item

Theriault's, 1981. paperback. Good. 0x0x0. Theriault's Auction Catalog #815, May 9 & 10, 1981. Paper covers. In good condition. Tan and white paper covers with blue flowers and lettering. Light bumping and creasing to edges and corners of covers and light overall scuffing with a bit of the color rubbed off along the edges and spine. Binding tight. Pages clean and unmarked. NOT Ex-library. Black and white illustrations. Also includes laid-in letter with prices realized at auction. [From 1st page] Theriault's comes to New England in the spring with a marvelous collection of dolls. It is a classic medley of rare and early 19th century dolls, delightful bisque character babies and elegant French bebes spiced with unusual dolls such as the Oscar Hitt Googly, a dated 1752 glass-eyed English wooden doll and the artistic cloth Shepperd baby, wardrobe and all. The ingredients of this catalogue could go on and on! A little of this and a little of that (but all the best!) skillfully blended together by the Dollmasters and ready to be sampled by the public on May 9,1981 at the Hilton at Colonial.
