San Francisco: William Stout, Publishers, 2003. Hardcover. xvii, 283p., a fine big coffeetable of a book with all the bells and whistles of modern fine press, including two glossy sheets placed at the endpapers fore and aft (to prevent adhesions? hardly; ask Mr Stout, who is hands-on in the production of his books.) Item is entirely sound, clean and unmarked.
