Royal octavo. 200pp. Bound in full dark navy blue leather with gilt design lettering and foredges. 4 raised bands to spine. With illustrations by Lynn Bogue Hunt. Limited to 3000 copies printed for the Premier Collection, of which this is copy 12. Bit of scuffing to the gilt foredges.
